Every step is dedicated to reminding men that they are not alone and that asking for help can Save Lives.
In April 2027, Ian Saltmarsh will begin a Walk Across America from New York City to Santa Monica, California, to raise awareness and critical funds for men’s mental health and suicide prevention. Covering thousands of miles, the journey will bring communities together through events, storytelling, and meaningful conversations to help break the stigma surrounding men’s mental health.
