We love to see those sunrises and sunsets!

It might look like a peaceful paddle downstream, but when Ian and Troy aren't kicking their feet up on the riverbank, these guys are really putting in some work! From sun up to sun down, they have been averaging 50 miles a day! Most of us don't even drive that far in one day!

Today, they were on the water with the sunrise, putting in 26 miles before noon! They then stopped in Helena, Arkansas, for some lunch. Much like many other towns along the River, Helena is pretty run down and filled with so much history. The guys really had a hard time finding some drinking water and ice! After a 2 hour long scavenger hunt, they finally resumed paddle.

A little down stream, they ran into a fellow paddler, Brandon. Brandon is also canoeing from source to sea, so I'm sure they'll probably be seeing more of eachother on this journey.

Once again, the guys were treated to beautiful sunset on a beach to end the day.
