Some days ain't all sunshine and rainbows, (the sunrises are still pretty nice though)!

This afternoon, the guys were hit with major barge traffic and a quick little rainstorm. Although the rain did seem to fall at the perfect time, bringing much relief and lots of water.

Ian and Troy cut their miles a little short today, ending just shy of Rosedale, MS. A wonderful River Angel, Porter, met them at the boat landing and drove them 25 miles into town. Troy was in need of some medical attention, but we'll spare you the details. No worries, he's okay! Ian was happy there was a Taco Bell across the street

When they got back to the landing, they saw Brandon pullling in. They were planning to resume paddle, but saw some storm clouds rolling in. Instead, they're camping out at the boat ramp for the night. They have a long day ahead of them, tomorrow, as they plan on making it to Greenville, Mississippi.
